Composition: Active ingredients: Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (18% EPA / 12% DHA) from fish oil 1000 mg, vitamin E 10 mg a-TE; excipients: gelatin, glycerol, water.

Omega-3 fatty acids are a healthful and essential type offat, including mainly EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The body cannot produce these essential fatty acids itself and the supplementation is crucial. The richest source of0mega-3 unsaturated fatty acids are fish products, especially fish oil derived from oily fish. The fish oil contains EPA and DHA in optimal ratio.
