Composition: Active ingredients: L-theanine 100mg, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) extract 100mg, Melatonin 3mg; excipients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hard capsule – gelatin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide.

L-theanine is an amino acid found in the green leaves of the plant (Camellia Sinensis) that isn’t generally found elsewhere in the human diet. L-theanine is a powerful mental and physical stress reliever. It also offers many benefits, such as lowering blood pressure, that shortness time to fall asleep and improve sleep quality. L-theanine helps to restore the wake cycle, meaning to reduce the dizziness and feel more refreshed in the morning.

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) – one of the main benefits of lemon balm is as an anxiolytic (anti-anxiety). The main psychoactive ingredient in lemon balm is called rosmarinic acid, which affects the brain chemicals called GABA, which are responsible for sedation and calmness.
